In this episode, I met with my friend from college, Alan Joseph. We talked about how he got his photography side hustle started while working his corporate job, how he manages his time and performance for both jobs now, as well as his experience transitioning from a diversity-led internship into his full-time role at a Big 4 Accounting firm. He also gave some advice to any entrepreneur who is just getting started and is flirting with the idea of turning their hobby into a business.
