Description

Welcome to episode #2 of the Hypnotic Affirmations Podcast. I’m Sonia Devine and I’ll be your guide today in this gentle relaxation process.

In today’s episode I’m going to take you through an Affirmation Journey to help you stop worrying and become a calmer, more relaxed person.

You'll learn how to:

  • Let go of worrisome thoughts that keep you wake at night;
  • Expect the best instead of always thinking the worst;
  • Stop trying to control everything;
  • Accept things as they are, while being inspired to be the best you can be

At first when you hear and repeat these statements you may not actually believe them to be true. Don’t worry about that for now.

Over time, as you practise these affirmations daily, you’ll start to notice subtle changes in your thinking.

Things that used to really get to before will find a way of working themselves out. You’ll be less inclined to catastrophise or stress over little things.

The words I use in this episode are designed to slowly ease you into a better feeling place.

So, find a comfortable place to relax where you won’t be disturbed. It’s best to listen with earphones if you can.

I’ll say each affirmation once, and then I’ll leave some time for you to repeat the affirmations either aloud or silently in your mind.

Please do not listen to this while driving or operating machinery.
