Welcome to episode #3 of the Hypnotic Affirmations Podcast. I’m Sonia Devine and I’ll be your guide today in this gentle relaxation process.

In today’s episode I’m going to take you through an Affirmation Journey to help you start your day with a positive attitude.

You'll learn how to:

  • Set intentions for a positive day ahead;
  • Look for things that make you smile;
  • Deliberately notice all the good things that happen during the day
  • Attract even more positive experiences as a result of your focus


First thing in the morning is the best time to focus your thoughts and set your intentions for the day.

This track is designed to guide you into a relaxed, focused state of awareness so you can set a positive tone that continues throughout the day. Ideally you should make this a daily practise.

The words I use in this episode are designed to slowly ease you into a better feeling place.

So, find a comfortable place to relax where you won’t be disturbed. It’s best to listen with earphones if you can.

I’ll say each affirmation once, and then I’ll leave some time for you to repeat the affirmations either aloud or silently in your mind.

Please do not listen to this while driving or operating machinery.
