This guided gratitude thankfulness meditation is designed specifically for practicing gratitude and thanks this Christmas. We use the lyrics of Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire as the basis to explore gratitude in the little things this Holiday Season. Take time out for yourself to breathe, bring awareness to your body, your surroundings, and the people in your life and develop gratitude for the little things. You can use this meditation in the morning or night to open your heart and practice gratitude.
