Today’s meditation is a variation on the Metta practice. We’ll begin with deep breathing and a gentle body scan to release tension and cultivate presence, then bring to mind someone we deeply care for and visualize them at their happiest and most joyful. This short but powerful practice is designed to help you pause, be present, and carry a sense of warmth and ease into your day.
