Description
Harmony was a sweet 5 year old girl. Both of her parents struggled with substance abuse and she would go into foster care for some time. She would eventually be placed in the custody of her father. Her father was not the person she should have been with. The system failed Harmony. Join us as we discuss this difficult and gruesome case.
