Welcome to episode 39 where we discuss the MHSWR '99, regulation 6 which is your legal requirement to carry out health surveillance, if required.
Keeping a check on workers health is both a moral and legal duty but also helps protect from the financial implications if you fail to comply with the law! We also discuss the HSE campaign in 2025 to check that employers are complying and the increase in improvements notices served by inspectors already.
