I think enough people can identify when they are stressed and often why they are stressed, but do not sit with their emotions enough to understand their stress response, how it impacts their body, and what they can do to modulate the stress in their lives.


We talk about caffeine intake, nutrition, communication, counseling, breath work, and all the little pieces of my stress management toolbox which have helped me in moments of stress and panic.
