Please here me out: This can be done slowly, one product at a time, making swaps to reduce the fragrance and other chemicals in our life... but for most of us, there is no way this can be done overnight!
However, I do think we can all make an effort to reduce our exposures and improve the quality of our family's health. I hope you'll enjoy some of the tips and strategies I've used for my family.
