Stuart and Kim outline some of the ways that eating a plant-based diet could be better for your health, as well as discussing some of the health pitfalls people encounter when they start eating vegan. They’ll also discuss how to meet your nutritional needs from plants, including getting enough protein, calcium, iron, vitamin B12, iodine, omega-3 and omega-6. Finally, they’ll recommend which supplements you should take.
Plus we speak to Ella Mills, the woman behind Deliciously Ella, about how switching to a plant-based diet helped to remedy her health troubles. Ella also talks about her approach to cooking, and how she finds inspiration in the kitchen.
