Writer, Director Bill Cornelius of Hear Me NOW - The Face of School Bullying /A candid and truthful examination of school bullying and how it can be dealt with, told by those who experienced it first hand.
For nearly a decade, filmmaker, artist, and actor Bill Cornelius has been a very active part of the film community, taking on a number of roles with work ranging from short films, to music videos, to commercials. His work, including the Emmy-nominated “Nashville Rises”, has appeared on PBS, FOX, CMT, GAC, and TCN Country, as well as in a variety of festivals around the world. As an actor he has appeared in numerous independent films and television shows as well as stage productions, covering a wide range from comedy, to drama, to voice acting. His unique and continually evolving drawing style has also earned him a number of accolades over the years.
In 2005, Cornelius graduated from the Watkins College of Art & Design in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film. Shortly after graduating, Cornelius founded the independent production company Lavorsia Pictures Entertainment.
Since dealing with bullying in middle school, Cornelius has become a strong advocate against bullying and has commenced production on the candid documentary "Hear Me Now" in order to raise awareness and give hope to the young people who struggle with bullying.
