Dear waiting mom,


If you are like me, you're probably struggling with irregular cycles and/or insulin resistance. These issues can make your TTC journey harder for sure. That's why we are here today to learn more about what you can do in order to regulate your cycles and ovulation to increase your chances of pregnancy.


One of the things you can do that will be sooooo beneficial for you is to increase your FIBER intake!


I do not mean going out and buying Benefiber powder and mixing that with water and drink it twice daily.


I mean actually eating more dietary fiber!


If you don't know what foods have fiber, we will talk about that and so much MORE in today's episode!
