Description

Today's guest is Kunal Vankar, a culinary school graduate working (pre-pandemic) at Junoon, an Indian restaurant in New York City that carries an 8-year consecutive Michelin Star streak. In this episode, he shares his journey beginning in culinary school in India, working an after-grad placement at five star hotels, then moving to Texas and finally to New York City, where he landed a role at Junoon. Through COVID-19, the restaurant had to temporarily close down, but hopes are up that it will be re-opening when this passes. Follow Kunal and his food journey @chefkunal08.
