This week, something weird (but awesome) happened. I realized I didn’t actually know how part of my own business worked and that was a good thing.

While onboarding a new social media manager, I was asked a simple question about our content process  and for a moment, I froze. I didn’t know the answer. But that moment turned into a powerful realization: as a business owner, you’re not supposed to know every detail.
