From Michaela:
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the last 20+ years. Understanding and deepening the body-mind-heart connection through different practices and tools is what I am aiming for.

In 2013 I received my Yoga Alliance certification as a yoga teacher and have been teaching ever since. Since I love teaching just as much as studying I strive to constantly grow and develop my knowledge in different areas and with different teachers from all over the world.

I had the honor to study with and receive certifications from amazing teachers, such as Tara Stiles in New York, Bobby Klein in Tulum, a Yin Yoga certification from the Arhanta Yoga Ashram, a 200 hour Meditation Training with Charlie Knoles from the Veda Center, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Training with Panch Nishan and the Shuniya Yoga school, Meditation Training with Atma Singh to name a few.

In 2016 I opened a studio dedicated to the ‘Art of Mindfulness’. Your Space Berlin was created as a temporary space for everyone interested in Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, Body Awareness, Ritual and Ceremonies. A playground for co-creation, knowledge exchange, empowerment, inspiration and a way to get in touch with your authentic self on an intuitive level.

Ever since 2019 together with my partner Ann-Kathrin Grebner, I became the host of The Kyōō. A podcast dedicated to inspire and empower listeners to a holistic lifestyle. Every other week The Kyōō publishes inspiring interviews with the people shaping the wellness world.
