About Andy
Andy is a men's coach, public speaker, group facilitator, a leader at the Samurai Brotherhood, and the co-founder of the men’s mental wellness community, Kings of Hearts.

His mission is to support modern men in deepening their relationship with the self through practices such as breathwork, meditation, shadow work, and ritual connection. Ultimately the aim is to help men become conscious leaders in their personal lives.

Andy's personal journey took a turn when he lost his father to cancer at the age of 7, raised by a single mother in a low-income family, he found himself involved in low-level street gangs in his teenage years learning how to make money quick; to find some sort of belonging and purpose.

Fast forward to today, and Andy has redirected his life for the better, redefining what it means to show up as a man in today’s masculine culture and most importantly, to extend the supporting hand to other men.

Andy's involvement in men's work, mental health, and communities started in 2017 when he co-founded Kings of Hearts. An initiative that started with three men sharing stories and leaning into vulnerability weekly, and has now transformed into an organization with the mission to create safe spaces for brave conversations for men to have around modern-day masculinity and mental health.
