Now that homes aren’t selling on day one with 6 offers Realtors will need to do everything they can to get a home sold. The Realtors that increase their marketing budget will sell their homes faster and get more clients. Using 3D tours, drone shots, and HDR photos will separate you and get you those listings. Do you think that now that the market is not as hot, you should increase your marketing budget on your listings?
