That’s why I’m so excited to talk with Fitness Coach Michael Williams today.

Michael is a certified personal trainer who specializes in women’s fat loss.

While there’s so much more to being healthy than getting rid of body fat, a lot of the health and physical activity benefits will result in less fat!

Michael and I are talking about the importance of prioritizing health for women, building healthier habits, and staying consistent with healthy living.
