How combatting burnout can increase profit and productivity in the workplace (Part 1)
Description
Burnout is a reaction to chronic job stress, characterised by exhaustion leaving employees disengaged from their role. Burnout is much more than ‘work stress’ and doesn’t just happen overnight. Burnout happens when high levels of stress become chronic and are left unchecked.
Part 1 of this podcast explains what burnout is and its symptoms. Part 2 will dive into how to prevent burnout in the workplace.
