In this Episode I share how I used the Alexander Technique, as Gary Ramsey teaches it, to overcome micro clotting complications and an extreme allergy.
I struggled with my health a lot at one stage and with what felt like near death experiences. First with micro clotting and then with extreme anaphylactic reactions. My back was against the wall in terms of getting help and I turned to what Gary teaches. Overcoming the fear and rising above it was a biggie for me as I can be quite a fear based person but the stakes were high and I managed to do it. Not only did I manage to overcome the fear, but I healed myself. Incredible! Thank you, Gary !!! I know if I can do it anyone can as I am still very much in the “messy middle “ so to say!
