This Week’s Happy Hour Special: Negroni

1 ounce dry gin

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce sweet vermouth

Orange peel

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, vermouth and Campari. Stir for 30 seconds (or until cold). Strain mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass. Twist the orange peel over your glass to create an herbal, aromatic drinking experience. Use the orange twist as garnish—enjoy!
