On Today’s episode of the podcast, we have Ryan Paliukaitis, former IT guy turned real estate investor. Ryan is the pure definition of an entrepreneur as about a decade ago, his company was planning to fire several people and he offered to be one of those fired with a severance package. Ryan had dabbled a little into real estate at the time but the real estate bug gave him an itch that he needed to go all in for. So with the runway he got from the severance package, he bet on himself and made it work. Fast forward to now and Ryan is a wholesaler, flipper, and buy and hold guy who does several transactions a month to easily make tens of thousands a month.
