On today's podcast, we have People's Capital Group Co-Founder, Aaron Fragnito. Aaron started his investing career a little over a decade ago as a young real estate agent in the northern NJ market. Eventually, he noticed as an agent that an agent does not make any money compared to a wholesaler or an investor. Therefore, with his skillset, he began flipping a few properties and giving out equity in return. After awhile, he grew again and started only giving debt. Fast-forward a few years and Aaron and his partner Seth do larger scale syndications in several states and have started a new airbnb venture in Vermont. It is truly an incredible story. Stay tuned!
