It's been so fun to be the master creator of my well-being. I've finally found a love and acceptance for my shape and size that I never new could exist.


In case you didn't know, I've spent the last four years reprograming my mental outlook and studying the spirituality of the body and food. In the last 6 months I have spent time working from a soul level to design my health. 


This has resulted in an effortless transformation in my body along with big shifts in my nutrition habits and physical activity.   


So, what have I learned? The the biggest thing contributing to unhappiness with your body is your inner being - how you think and feel about yourself. (Perception is everything)...
