How many times, when you have had what you perceive as a bad day, do you let your emotional side win by not working out or eating fast food to make yourself feel better. Or even procrastinating from the things you know will improve your life by binge watching a series of Netflix instead?

Doing these things once or twice here and there is okay but when you begin to make these choices on a regular basis over time it becomes a negative habit
It can be easy to get stuck in negative cycles/habits especially with the current lockdown situation so in this episode we discuss ways in which you can more easily change these habits from negative to positive ones.
Understanding and controlling our emotions, which are the cause for these habits, can be the difference in living a fulfilling life and a life that is toxic and destructive.
Once you identify you are in a negative cycle you can take the required action steps to learn from it and move onwards and upwards in your life!
