How to keep growing? 3 Questions to ask yourself/ team each year
Description
There’s always gonna be growth, improvement, adversity; you just gotta take it all in and do what’s right, continue to grow, continue to live in the moment. Growth is the only evidence of life.
Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.
There were a lot of things that happened in my life when I started becoming an entrepreneur.
I got obsessed with growing not just my business but also myself. It is so fascinating that in order for you to grow your business, you need to grow yourself as much as you can and as fast as you can.
It’s not a question of just consuming as much information as you can but at the same time applying and implementing all those ideas that you generated from consumption.
Growing started from within before you can start growing the external force.
In this episode, I want to share with you what I learned and how I apply it to myself and my business.
Ask these questions to your team member to help them refocus and become more efficient and creative in what things they are good at.
What do you love about what you are doing? And wanna keep doing more of?
For example:
- Shooting/creating
- Colour grading
What do you hate about what you are doing and wanna get rid of?
For example:
- As much as I like making videos, I also hate editing them. I explain it in the podcast why.
What something you’ve wanted to learn and want to become part of your job that you would like to learn?
For example:
- empowering my team through helping them find clarity of their visions and dreams
- teaching
Listen to this episode where I explain each one of the examples I gave above.
