Everyone wants to scale their business. But can a recruitment business actually scale? Well, I'm not convinced it can in the traditional sense that, say, a software developer can.

In this video I look at why it's hard to increase revenue without also increasing staff costs in a recruitment business. I also discuss some other approaches to consider over the traditional scaling model when thinking about growing your business.
