In order to avoid communication failure, we have to an understanding of the basic human communication model like that of Adler & Towne. This model has three parts, namely, the sender, the channel, and the receiver. In episode 3, we will discuss the sender. The main lesson we learn in this episode is the importance of selecting the appropriate symbol to represent a particular message to be sent by the sender.
