I had the great pleasure of discussing Hypnobirthing with our Jemma of @stilletostostrollers AKA our Doula and Hypnobirthing Coach who was essential in our birth story. She breaks down the truths from the myths and tells us about how her experiences using Hypnobirthing got her to leave her executive job in the city and start her new career. We also have a lovely walk down memory lane and chat about how she helped us have the most amazing experience for our sons birth 6 months ago.
