Hi SoL Tribe! Have you ever wanted to start a new habit - or stop a bad habit - but had trouble staying committed to your goals? Have you ever set a new years resolution and then, about one week later, been unable to continue your new pursuit? If you want to change how you engage with change, then this is the episode for you.

In this episode I tell my story of how I quit drinking alcohol, and based on that experience, how you can make changes in your life with grace and ease. We don't need to suffer to make choices that lead to realizing the life we are called to. Despite popular opinion, it doesn't need to be immensely difficult to step into our best selves. Even though our culture teaches us that change is hard, I don't  believe that needs to be our reality if we know how to dissolve our resistance. That process is what I teach you in this episode.
