Description
I criticize myself in training technique to evolve and gain muscle I never had.
I am my own form check coach who scrutinize my lifts.
I want to maximize my bodybuilding capacity so that’s why I study my range of motion, assure I’m not evolving how I train.
When you work with me you must have that passion for self development or you’ll always get upset that I treat you as an equal!
