Our special guest this episode is the superintendent of Berkeley County School District, Mr. Deon Jackson. A strong and vocal leader, Mr. Jackson has grown from within his own school district he now represents. Beginning as a teacher, he advanced positions through his experience and knowledge to his current position as superintendent.  Starting his second year as superintendent, Mr. Jackson offers us an inside look of his journey into his current role, his vision for the district, and the lessons he learned along the way.
