A lawsuit has been filed by Quanzhou Minghou Trading Co. Ltd. against the Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations identified on Schedule A in the District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. The lawsuit alleges patent infringement and seeks an entry of a temporary restraining order, a temporary asset restraint, and expedited discovery. The case is currently assigned to Honorable Manish S. Shah with Honorable Sunil R. Harjani designated as the Magistrate Judge. The Plaintiff has also requested for service of process by publication.
