A lawsuit has been filed by Quanzhou Minghou Trading Co. Ltd. against the Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations identified on Schedule A in the District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. The lawsuit alleges patent infringement and seeks an entry of a temporary restraining order, a temporary asset restraint, and expedited discovery.
