In this episode Claire shares her story which lead her to leaving the teaching profession and becoming a coach, almost by accident. She explores how the narrative around coaching lead her to questioning her own beliefs. She explains how coaching should be much simpler than it is made out to be, and how this lead her to her book; Simplifying Coaching.

She shares many of her insights and some approaches we can all use, and in fact should use to lead more effectively and develop those around us. Claire is a fantastic coach, and a very personable guest on the show, in this episode she you cannot help but resonate with her approaches. The wealth of insights and lessons which she shares, we can all learn from and apply to any field of leadership.
