Miz Ima Starr is the comic creation of Charles Bracewell, and is a singing, wisecracking cabaret phenomenon of stage and small screen.
She is in Melbourne as part of the Midsumma Festival 2018 to perform in The Duetaholics with JOY’s own Dean Arcuri.
