This week, Thamina is joined by two fellow podcasters.

Rashveena Rajaram and Anvita Dekhane met during their first year at Harvard Business School. Sharing the same passion around increasing representation of women in the investor community, they started the Women in Venture Capital Podcast.

The mission is simple - increasing participation of women especially at the decision making level through awareness and engagement.

On this episode, we get a glimpse into the early days of Anvita's and Rashveena's podcasting journey.

We also learn why Venture Capital is less accessible compared to other industries and tips on how to break into VC.
