Nina spoke with Dominic Longo, an executive coach and leadership development expert based in New York City. He is the Founder of Flourishing Gays, Dominic and an affiliate of Cultivating Leadership, a global leadership firm serving organizational clients. We spoke about working holistically in leadership development and the growth that happens when we focus on flourishing. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that our suffering can also be a source of flourishing. We also explored how accepting all parts of ourselves is a way to create "inner diversity and inclusion."
