Jeff Harmon is the Founder & CEO of My Impossible, a 501c3 organization on a mission to ignite a global movement of individuals stepping beyond their comfort zones to tackle the seemingly impossible, transforming their lives and inspiring the communities around them.

In this conversation Nina spoke with Jeff about the preparation for his climb of Kilimanjaro and how it has transformed his coaching.  They also talk about the power of sharing our stories and witnessing one another.   Nina also asks Jeff about how to be inclusive when sharing on topics such as faith and politics where people have such a wide variety of different experiences and beliefs.
