In this episode we’re looking at the dynamic world of innovation - how countries foster breakthroughs, fund R&D,and compete globally. I'm talking to Professor Krzysztof Szczygielski, an economist from the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw, whose work focuses on innovation policy. We are discussing the big picture of innovation in a modern economy, key challenges and the government role in efficient allocation of resources devoted to research and development.
