TW: Speaking about death and loss of loved ones. This past week my family and I had to let go of our pup, Aleasha; she's been with us for 15 years and was my absolute best friend. I unpack my views of death and how death by violence has become so normalized. If you've lost someone, my sincerest condolences to you and your loved ones. Death is so final there's no way to prepare for the feelings that follow. I love you - take it easy, friend🤞🏾💜
