We are happy to have our first guest on the pod. We sit down and chat with Dr. John Mendenhall. Dr. John is our fearless leader, and the director of the team that has brought us all together. During the pod we get into John's background in sport, from his short lived career as an offensive lineman, to his experiences as a D1 college swimmer (skip to 9:00 in for a phenomenal story), and then we dig into how he came to multisport and eventually got into coaching.
