If you don't know Sylvia, you will want to listen and learn all she is up to! She and I met going on a mission trip with Athletes in Action. We went to Barcelona, Spain with a group of D1 collegiate women basketball players. She was their coach and I went as the Athletic Trainer and one of the leaders. It was an incredible trip and we learned so much about ourselves and God! It's time for a reunion!

Sylvia has a wellness collection, co-owner of Monarch Magazine, she played in the WNBA, and she has played basketball in about 16 countries. She is a family woman, married to an amazing man, and a coach to athletes all around the world!
