What better way to build your confidence and practice cake decorating than with your own practice frosting?
Here's what you'll need:
- Shortening
- Corn Syrup
- Powdered Sugar
- Water
Tools:
- Mixer
- Piping Bag
Instructions:
- Start by gently mixing the shortening to soften it.
- Gradually add a little corn syrup.
- Alternate adding powdered sugar and water until you achieve a nice, firm consistency.
- Transfer the practice frosting to your piping bag, and you're ready to start decorating!
