A man selling bottled water back in 2013 to tourists on a triple-digit summer day in Las Vegas was placed in a chokehold by Las Vegas police. On Monday Police said the video was fully investigated by internal affairs and the investigation "showed no policy violations occurred." The man in the video (Jimmy Williams) called into the show to speak with STAR and tell his side of the story.
