In ESV Hebrews 9.2 renders the last clause as a full stop sentence. "It is called the Holy Place." In summary after the description of all that is in the tabernacle's outer room, the author says plainly, simply and emphatically "it is called the holy place." the word is the word holy. It can be rendered holy, holy place, holy one. God is THE Holy One and His people were to build him a place for their meeting with Him. God commanded Israel to build Him a place where He would dwell among them. It would be the place where they would encounter Him, where they would worship and where they would be reminded of all that it means to be counted as His, all that it means to be holy.
