Today's topic is this...

The EASY Way or The HARD Way

Sit back and relax and welcome to the podcast

My wife and I are traveling in Italy
3rd year in a row
Northwestern coast, closest to USA
just north of the Cinque Terre if you have hiked that region
famous Santa Margherita and Portofino

One of the most beautiful walks in all of Italy is the walk between Santa
Margherita and Portofino

about 3 miles takes about 1.5 hours
keep stopping to take pics
sit on a bench and just enjoy the view
yachts, crashing waves, scenery is spectacular

road is very tight with cars and scooters
so you go single file in places

rounded this point and walked into a bay
boats moored, people swimming and fishing
quiet little bay
Saw this tree growing out of a rock
rock must have been 60 feet tall coming out of the water like an island
scraggly pine tree and had a bonsai shape

A few feet away was a virtual mini forest of the same kind of trees
we were walking right thru those trees
had to move around the branches to take a pic of that tree growing out of a rock

respect
how does it get nutrients
is it lonely?
how long has it been there?

Although it was beautiful and captivating, all I could think about was, there
has to be an easier way

reminded me when I discovered the best motivated seller leads on the
planet my whole world changed

it was the beginning of 2012
end of the slump
broke and tired of real estate
found a company that specialized in motivated sellers
started closing a few deals a month
they a few deals a week
then $50k months
I was no longer a lonely tree doing it all buy myself on the rock
at the end of summer, put together the training you see today

Some do it the hard way, all by themselves
and some gather together and do it the easy way

The question I have for you today is this:
are you happy with how things are progressing for you
if so — great

Here is your challenge….
if you are not happy with the progress you are making in your business-
then maybe it’s time an easier way?
