10/29/24: Joel Heitkamp is broadcasting live from North Dakota Farmers Union in Jamestown, ND, and is joined by city officials for a conversation on Measure 4. Measure 4, if passed, would ultimately get rid of property taxes in North Dakota. Dwaine Heinrich is the Mayor of Jamestown, and Emily Bivens is the Executive Director of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce.
