10/29/24: Joel Heitkamp is broadcasting from North Dakota Farmers Union in Jamestown, and is joined by Rob Lech for a conversation on Measure 4 and why he's against it. Dr. Lech has served as the Superintendent of the Jamestown School District since July 1, 2013. He previously held the role of superintendent with the Beulah Public School District in Beulah, ND and the Mt. Pleasant School District in Rolla, ND.
