Jay Hatfield wants the 10-year yield to fall below 4%, which he said would mean the Fed cuts rates below 3%. He had a 7,000 target on the SPX for 2025, and has an 8,000 target for 2026, arguing that AI has to carry the market higher. “Tech’s going to do well,” he says, highlighting names like Amazon (AMZN) and Marvell (MRVL) and eschewing the really high multiples.
