Today, Nick and Dan start with a quick review and some updates for the coming month. They are then joined by Navy SEAL Jeff Nichols. Jeff owns Performance First in Virginia Beach which is an elite training facility designed to prep candidates for selection. Jeff discusses his time in SEAL Teams, his unique views on military fitness preparation and how he has grown and cultivated a one of kind gym culture and experience.
